When I get to the last download for play store and try to install it says there was a problem parsing the package. What does that mean. I tried it 3 times.

There is no instruction come in the package , this item should connect to Alexa, which is usually printed on the box, but it doesn't tell how, or what application does it, unfortunately I couldn't find any applications to support the connectivity
